Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Sahiwal, Punjab invites electronic bids for the procurement of various operational items for the financial year 2025-2026. This comprehensive government tender is divided into several lots, including Stationery (A03901), Cost of Store/General Items (A03942), Computer Stationery (A03955), Others/Bedding and Uniforms (A03970), IT Equipment (A09203), and Machinery Items (A09601). The total estimated cost for all lots combined is 8,919,000 Rupees. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement will be conducted using electronic means through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) in compliance with the Punjab Procurement Rules. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost for each respective lot is required. Interested firms and authorized suppliers can download the bidding documents, including detailed technical specifications and terms and conditions, from the EPADS website. All electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the public opening of technical bids scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the District Courts Sahiwal.
