Description / Scope of Work
The Highways Division Kotli of the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Public Works Department invites electronic bids for the repair and rehabilitation of the link road at Gola H/O Sabzada Zulfiqar Sab. This infrastructure project is funded through the Normal Budget for the financial year 2025-26. Eligible firms and contractors must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have valid endorsement with the C&W Department of GoAJ&K. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Single Envelope e-bidding procedure in accordance with AJK PPRA Rule 36(a). Interested bidders must upload their technical profiles and Letter of Bid in PDF format via the e-bidding dashboard. A bid security of 51,000 Rupees is required. Hard copies of the uploaded documents must be submitted to the Executive Engineer's office within 48 hours of the bid opening. Electronic bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on 20 May 2026.
