Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Laboratory Equipment, specifically Lot-H for Safety Cabinets. This procurement is intended for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research in Lahore and is being conducted on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The bidding process follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must demonstrate technical capabilities, including the availability of qualified biomedical or electrical engineers with at least three years of experience and diploma engineers with five years of experience in medical equipment maintenance. Additionally, firms must possess specialized testing equipment such as parameter analyzers, AC clamp meters, and oscilloscopes. Detailed technical specifications and evaluation criteria are included in the bidding documents. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and provide evidence of manufacturer training for their technical staff.
