The School Education & Literacy Department in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the establishment of Stream Labs in existing government schools under the ADP project number 570. This significant educational infrastructure project is being executed through the Project Management & Implementation Unit and follows a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure as per SPPRA Rules 2010. The procurement is divided into multiple lots, including the supply of laboratory equipment and related technical installations with an estimated procurement value reaching up to 46 million Rupees for specific segments. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and demonstrate technical competence in educational technology deployments. A bid security ranging from 4.6 million to 5.4 million Rupees, depending on the specific lot, must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the PMIU office no later than 2:30 PM on 20 May 2026, with the public opening of technical bids scheduled for 3:00 PM on the same day.
