Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites experienced and reputable contracting firms to participate in the bidding process for the construction of a U-turn at the Walton Road Junction on CBD Route 47, along with allied mosque works. Eligible firms must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in category C-5 or above with specialized codes CE-09 and CE-10. This procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per the PCBDDA Procurement Regulations of 2024. A bid security of 1,000,000 Rupees is required in the form of an original Bank Guarantee or CDR. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate at the CBD Complex near the old Walton Airport upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of 25,000 Rupees. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Director Procurement by 11:00 AM on 11 May 2026, and the technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date.
