Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from reputable transporters and vehicle providers for the provision of various vehicles on a rental basis. This procurement effort is aimed at supporting the operational and administrative requirements of the Islamabad regional office and its associated sub-areas. The scope of the contract includes the supply of multiple vehicle categories, such as single cabins, double cabins, and small cars, along with dedicated drivers. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR and PRA where applicable, and must possess a valid NTN and professional tax certificate. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure. All documents, including bid security, must be delivered to the Regional Office in Sector I-9 Industrial Area no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026. The bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
