Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Services Company in Dera Ismail Khan, KPK invites sealed bids from registered dealers, government contractors, and general order suppliers for the provision of rental machinery and sanitation equipment. This procurement is specifically organized to manage waste and cleanliness operations during the upcoming Eid-ul-Adha and Muharram-ul-Haram 2026 religious observances. The scope of supply includes rental tractors with trolleys, caterpillars, excavators, and various sanitation tools such as brooms, handcarts, and lime stone. Additionally, the tender covers the provision of private labor, staff uniforms, and meal services for field personnel. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. Bid solicitation documents can be obtained from the WSSC DIKhan office upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of 2,000 Rupees. All sealed bids, duly stamped and signed, must reach the Chief Executive Officer's office no later than 19 May 2026. The bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of participating bidders.
