Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy (KPJA) in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids for the procurement of high-quality laptops and related accessories. This tender is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under a single-stage, one-envelope procedure in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be authorized dealers or distributors and maintain active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16 May 2026 to address prospective bidder queries. Participation requires a bid security of two percent of the total cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Draft, or Pay Order. All bids must be uploaded to the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026, with a hard copy of the bid security submitted to the Director General's office by the same deadline. Technical and financial proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date.
