Description / Scope of Work
The Urban Sector Planning and Management Services Unit Pvt. Limited, known as The Urban Unit, in Lahore, Punjab invites bids for specialized civil works involving the construction of a ground water recharge well and permeable pavement. The project also includes the installation of a collection system and monitoring devices, as well as rehabilitation works within the premises of the Centre of Excellence in Water Resources Engineering at the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. The estimated cost of the project is 6.275 million Rupees. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure. Eligible sole proprietors, firms, or companies must be registered with the FBR and PRA. A bid security of 125,500 Rupees, representing 2 percent of the estimated cost, is required. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Urban Unit office located at Shaheen Complex. Sealed bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 15 May 2026.
