Description / Scope of Work
The Gujranwala Teaching Hospital, under the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed e-bids for a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This government tender covers the procurement of a wide range of essential drugs, medicines, medical devices, and surgical dressings. The scope of work includes the supply and delivery of these items to the hospital premises to ensure uninterrupted healthcare services. Eligible bidders include manufacturers and sole agents of foreign manufacturers who are registered with the relevant tax authorities (Income Tax and Sales Tax) and maintain an active taxpayer status. The bidding process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) following the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals, including valid drug manufacturing licenses or registration certificates where applicable. Electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the hospital's conference room.
