The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed technical and financial bids for the procurement of NIV Implants. This specialized medical procurement is being conducted under the reference number 2583063/R-2511/380186/A. Interested firms are required to submit their proposals in three separate sealed envelopes containing the technical offer in duplicate, a copy of the earnest money proof, and the commercial offer. Eligibility for participation requires firms to be registered with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) with a valid license for the sale of drugs, and manufacturers must possess a valid Drugs Manufacturing License and Current Goods Manufacturing Practices certification. Bidders must be active on the Taxpayers List of the FBR and provide a bank challan of the prescribed fee. The technical evaluation will consider the firm's capacity, ISO certifications, and previous audit reports. All completed bids must be delivered to the Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad. The opening of the technical proposals is scheduled for 2nd June 2026.
