Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Mint in Lahore, a subordinate department of the Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Pure Aluminium Ingots under Tender Enquiry No. Proc.38.(Metal)/T-35/2025-2026. This procurement is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004, following a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and have active status on the National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration (GST) lists. The bidding documents, which adhere to the National Standard Bidding Documents (NSBDs) provided by PPRA, include detailed technical specifications and the schedule of requirements. Bidders are required to submit their financial proposals along with necessary declarations regarding bid validity and binding contract terms. All bids must be submitted manually or as per the instructions in the Bid Data Sheet to the Procurement Officer at the Pakistan Mint by 10:00 AM on 21 May 2026. The official bid opening will take place at 10:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The Pakistan Mint reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
