Description / Scope of Work
The Chaklala Cantonment Board (CCB) in Rawalpindi, under the Military Lands & Cantonments Department, invites sealed electronic bids for the construction, repair, and maintenance of its water supply network and associated infrastructure for the 2025-26 financial year. This tender includes various civil and mechanical works such as the installation of water pipes, maintenance of tube wells, and repair of water storage tanks. Bidding is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and maintain active status on the FBR's taxpayer list. A bid security is required in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee. All technical and financial proposals must be uploaded to the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled to be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the CCB office on Murree Road.
