Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Rural Development Department (LG&RDD) in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed electronic bids for the solarization of solar-based submersible pumps under ADP No. 240245. The project includes multiple works across various Union Councils, such as UC Laar and UC Dhap Shumali, with each work having an estimated cost of 15.0 million Rupees. This government tender follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure and is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, enlisted with the C&W Department of KP for the current financial year, and registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). A bid security of 2% (300,000 Rupees per work) is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Detailed bidding documents and MRS-2025 rates are available via the EPADS portal. Electronic bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 08 June 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day at the Assistant Director LG&RDD office in D.I. Khan.
