Pakistan Railways Carriage Factory in Islamabad invites sealed electronic bids for the supply of various industrial materials and tools for the 2025-2026 financial year. The procurement includes Calcium Carbide (Tender # 3CF/4P/0876-A/2026), Random Orbital Sanders (Tender # 23CF/4P/0883/2025), 4-Way Nozzles, and Oxygen Safety Kits for MIG Welders. These tenders are processed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the federal government's procurement framework. Interested manufacturers, authorized distributors, and registered dealers must be on the FBR's Active Taxpayers List to be eligible. Bidding documents with detailed technical specifications and terms can be downloaded from the EPADS portal. All technical and financial proposals must be uploaded to EPADS no later than 12:00 PM on 20 May 2026. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day at the Carriage Factory office on I.J. Principal Road, Sector I-11/4. In addition to electronic submission, bidders are required to provide hard copies as per the instructions in the bidding documents.
