Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works (C&W) Building Division in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids for the maintenance and repair of the Secretary Camp Office in Abbottabad and the Commissioner Hut at Nathiagali. This procurement consists of two specific work items with estimated costs of 6.00 million and 6.637 million PKR, respectively. The bidding is conducted through the EPADS system following the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible firms or contractors must hold a valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above and be registered with KPPRA and relevant tax authorities. Bidding documents and detailed instructions are available on the C&W website. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically by 12:00 PM on 26 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day.
