The Communication & Works Division in Upper Chitral, KPK invites electronic bids for the repair and rehabilitation of food grain godowns located in Booni, Mastuj, Torkhow, and Mulkhow. This government project is being executed under a single-stage, single-envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above and maintain active status with the relevant tax authorities. The scope of work is divided into multiple sub-heads focusing on the structural restoration and maintenance of essential food storage facilities. Interested bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically via the EPAD system, ensuring that bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt is properly documented. Bidding documents and detailed instructions are available for download through the official portal. All electronic bids must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on 01 June 2026, with the formal opening of financial bids scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day.
