The Communication and Works Department in Peshawar, KPK invites electronic bids for the annual operation, maintenance, and special repair (AOM&R) of various high-profile government facilities and residential bungalows. This extensive procurement includes rehabilitation and renovation works for the ACS Office at the Civil Secretariat, the Minister Health Office, the Secretary Finance Office, and multiple blocks at the Governor House. Additionally, the scope covers specialized civil, electrical, and sanitary works for bungalows in Khyber Colony, Hayatabad Phase V, and water supply pipeline repairs at Old Jamrud Road and Park Lane. The bidding is conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using a single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C-6 or above. Bidders are required to submit a 2 percent earnest money deposit along with applicable stamp duties and tender fees. Technical proposals must be submitted electronically by 12:00 PM on 25 May 2026, with financial bids to be opened following technical approval.
