Description / Scope of Work
The Fifth Provincial Building Division of the Communication and Works Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for various rehabilitation, repair, and maintenance projects across the city. The scope of work includes the rehabilitation of the government residence at 3-A Upper Mall, special repairs to the office of the Chief Engineer (North) Punjab Buildings Department, and maintenance work at the residence of the Honorable Judge of the Lahore High Court. Additional projects involve the provision of missing facilities and special repairs to several government offices and residential buildings. Interested contractors must be enlisted with the Communication and Works Department and possess a valid PEC registration in the relevant category. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system and in hard copy to the divisional office. All bids must be received by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, and the technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
