Description / Scope of Work
The Garrison Engineer (Army) II Malir in Karachi, Sindh invites applications for the pre-qualification of contractors and firms for various Military Engineer Services (MES) works at Malir Cantt. The project scope includes the provision of certain facilities, construction of miscellaneous minor works, and the repair, renovation, and maintenance of residential and non-residential buildings within the area of responsibility. Additionally, the tender covers TC and DC B&R works across Zones A, B, and C, as well as TC E&M works and the supply of bazaar materials for both B&R and E&M items. Individual work estimates range up to 4.00 million Rupees. Only contractors enlisted with MES in Categories A through E and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) are eligible to apply. Tender documents will be issued to scrutinized firms starting 21 May 2026. Sealed bids must be received by the accepting officer no later than 11:30 AM on 25 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day.
