Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineering Services in Gwadar, Balochistan invites applications for the pre-qualification of contractors and firms for a wide range of infrastructure and maintenance projects at Gwadar Cantt. The scope of work encompasses multiple categories including miscellaneous electrical and mechanical works, building and road repairs, and the supply of various bazaar items, with individual project estimates reaching up to 4 million Rupees. Specific tasks include the construction of spare stores, drone repair shops, and tools shops at North Cantt, along with the provision of internal and external electricity and water supply systems. Additional requirements involve the installation of earthing systems, repair of damaged high-tension poles, and various renovation works such as kitchen cabinet replacements and painting. Contractors enlisted with MES in Category E and above are eligible to apply, while those registered with other government departments must provide valid enlistment documentation. All applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council. Sealed tenders, prepared in accordance with the MES Schedule of Rates 2021, must be submitted to the office of the Garrison Engineer (Construction) Gwadar by 11:30 AM on 21 May 2025.
