Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Sports Complexes, Lahore Development Authority (LDA), invites sealed bids for the provision of kids' play area items at the LDA Sports Complex Canal West in Lahore. This procurement, identified as No. LDA/DSC/70, is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following a single-stage, one-envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax (NTN), Punjab Revenue Authority (PST), and Sales Tax departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Bidding documents detailing the technical requirements and terms can be downloaded from the EPADS and Punjab PPRA websites. A bid security of 39,789.6 Rupees (2% of the estimated price) in the form of a CDR, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee is required. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal, and the successful bidder will be responsible for the timely supply and installation of playground equipment as specified in the BoQ.
