Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Sports Complexes, Lahore Development Authority (LDA), invites sealed bids for the provision of kids' play area items for the LDA Sports Complex Canal West in Lahore. This government tender is conducted on an item-rate basis using a Single Stage - One Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The estimated cost for the project is 1,989,480 Rupees, which includes all applicable taxes. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS system and possess valid Income Tax (NTN), Punjab Sales Tax (PST) registration with PRA, and Sales Tax Registration numbers. Bidders must also be listed on the Active Taxpayer List. A bid security of 2% (39,789.6 Rupees) in the form of a CDR, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee is required. Detailed bidding documents and technical requirements can be downloaded via the EPADS portal or the PPRA website. All electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS system, with the public opening of tenders scheduled for 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
