Description / Scope of Work
The University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids for the construction of a boundary wall at the Neelum Campus. This government infrastructure project is being carried out under the Office of the Project Director and follows a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. The estimated cost for the work is 44.661 million Rupees, and interested contractors must provide a bid security of 900,000 Rupees. To be eligible, firms or persons must be adequately qualified and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 or above, as well as with the University of AJK for the current financial year. Bidding documents can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of 6,000 Rupees from the Admin Block at the Chehla Campus until 21 May 2026. All bids must be delivered through registered post to the Project Director's office no later than 2:30 PM on 22 May 2026, with the formal opening scheduled for 3:00 PM the same day.
