Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders from registered contractors and firms for the renovation and decoration of its head office premises located on the second floor at Bank Square, The Mall. This procurement is based on the approved market rates for the first half of 2026 as issued by the Finance Department for the relevant district. The project has an estimated cost of approximately 3.43 million PKR and is expected to be completed within a period of 20 days. Interested bidders must provide a bid security (earnest money) of 68,612 PKR in the form of a call deposit. Tender documents can be obtained from the bank's Engineering Department up to three days prior to the opening date upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. The procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the bank's internal regulations as approved by its Board of Directors. All electronic and manual proposals must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026, and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
