Description / Scope of Work
The Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Multan, Punjab invites sealed tenders from experienced suppliers and authorized dealers for the supply of hardware, plant and machinery, and specialized IT equipment. This procurement initiative aims to upgrade the technological infrastructure of the Civil Courts in Multan. The items requested include high-performance computer systems, heavy-duty printers, air conditioning units, and other essential machinery. All participating firms must be duly registered with the relevant tax departments and must ensure their compliance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority guidelines. The bidding will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure, and selection will be made based on the lowest evaluated price from technically responsive bidders.
