Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General of Archaeology, Government of the Punjab in Sheikhupura, Punjab invites electronic bids through the EPADS system for the procurement of office assets. This tender is part of the development scheme for the preservation, restoration, and upgradation of the Hiran Minar complex. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 involves the purchase of furniture and fixtures with an estimated cost of 2.4 million Rupees, while Lot 2 covers the purchase of plant and machinery with an estimated cost of 1.1 million Rupees. The total project value is approximately 3.5 million Rupees. Eligible firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and have a proven track record in public sector supply. The bidding follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via the Punjab EPADS portal by 9:30 AM on 23 May 2026. A bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost is required for participation in each lot.
