Description / Scope of Work
The Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA), under the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids for the provision, installation, and testing of fire hydrant valves at the Karachi Export Processing Zone. This infrastructure project aims to enhance the fire safety and emergency response capabilities within the Landhi Industrial Area. The procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and is open to eligible firms or individuals registered with the FBR (Income Tax ATL and Sales Tax), the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and holding a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-2026. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security in the form of a pay order in favor of EPZA. While the primary submission is electronic via the EPADS portal, the original bid security must be submitted in a hard format in a sealed envelope to the Deputy General Manager (Engineering) before the deadline. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on June 02, 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day at the EPZA office on Mehran Highway, Karachi.
