Description / Scope of Work
The Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation in Karachi, Sindh invites electronic bids for several essential infrastructure and maintenance projects through its e-Bidding portal. The advertised works include the replacement of damaged 12-inch and 8-inch diameter water rising mains at the G-3 Pump House, as well as the manufacturing and providing of a 12-inch diameter MS discharging pipe for the same facility. Additionally, the tender covers the replacement of a 6-inch diameter damaged AC water line with a new PE line in various sectors of Surjani Town to improve local water supply. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rules. All bids must be submitted electronically via the KW&SC e-Bidding portal, and the bid security of 2% must be uploaded and subsequently submitted in hard copy. The deadline for electronic submission is 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026.
