Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Forest Department's Conservator of Forests, Development & Working Plan Circle in Lahore, invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of various goods under the development scheme 'Strengthening of PM&E Wing of Forest Department'. The tender is divided into three distinct lots: Lot 1 for Office Furniture (including Executive and Computer chairs), Lot 2 for Handheld GPS Devices for monitoring purposes, and Lot 3 for 1.5 Ton Air Conditioners. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and follows a technical evaluation process where bidders must secure a minimum of 70% marks to qualify. Evaluation criteria include financial soundess, relevant experience, and technical specifications. Specifically for Lot 1, bidders are required to provide samples of furniture and must possess their own workshop and showroom in Lahore. For Lots 2 and 3, valid distributor or reseller certificates must be provided.
