Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the supply of various general stores and specialized technical items. This government tender is open to reputable manufacturers and authorized suppliers registered with the relevant income and sales tax departments. The procurement process follows a specialized three-envelope system: one envelope for the technical offer in duplicate, one for the financial offer, and a third containing the earnest money. Bidders must ensure their proposals include a valid bank challan and a principal authorization letter where applicable. The scope of the contract involves the delivery of high-quality equipment and consumables required to support the operational readiness of the naval force. Detailed technical specifications and terms of delivery are outlined in the standard bidding documents. All interested firms must submit their sealed proposals to the Directorate at the Naval Residential Complex, E-8, no later than 10:30 AM on 28 May 2026. The technical bids will be officially opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives.
