Description / Scope of Work
The District and Sessions Judge in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of various hardware, information technology equipment, and machinery for the financial year 2025-2026. The tender is divided into three primary lots: Lot 1 covers general hardware with an estimated cost of 1.5 million PKR, Lot 2 focuses on IT equipment valued at approximately 9.8 million PKR, and Lot 3 includes machinery items with an estimated budget of 9.985 million PKR. Reputable and financially sound firms with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage two-envelope procedure. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026. Hard copies of the bid security and relevant documents must also be provided to the Accounts Branch of the District and Sessions Courts in Faisalabad. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day as per the schedule provided in the bidding documents.
