The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Centre in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for a framework contract regarding the rental of diesel generators. This procurement process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to all income tax and sales tax registered firms that are on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The contract covers the provision of reliable power backup solutions to ensure uninterrupted medical and research operations at the facility. Interested bidders must provide a bid security of 500,000 Rupees in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of the hospital trust. Complete bidding documents including technical specifications and detailed terms and conditions are available from the procurement department upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 5,000 Rupees. Technical and financial proposals prepared under the single stage two envelope procedure must be submitted to the PKLI Procurement Department by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
