The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from experienced and well-reputed service providers for the provision of comprehensive security and janitorial services for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of the tender includes the deployment of trained security guards and the provision of professional cleaning staff, along with necessary equipment and materials, to maintain the authority's offices and surrounding premises. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and the Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution, and must be on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding will be conducted under the Public Procurement Rules 2004, following the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure to ensure both technical competence and financial competitiveness. Detailed bidding documents containing the terms and conditions, evaluation criteria, and performance requirements can be obtained from the DRAP headquarters in Islamabad. Completed technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes by 11:00 AM on 26 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
