Description / Scope of Work
The National Testing Service-Pakistan (NTS) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from reputable tax-registered firms and authorized dealers for the procurement of high-quality IT equipment. The scope of this tender includes the supply of various technical assets required to support the organization's testing and assessment infrastructure. Interested bidders must be active taxpayers and appear on the ATL of the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bidding documents, which detail the technical specifications and comprehensive terms and conditions, are available for collection at the NTS Head Office in Islamabad upon a non-refundable payment of 2,500 Rupees. A bid security of 2% of the total bid value is required to be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft. The procurement process follows a single-stage procedure where technical and financial proposals are evaluated for compliance and value. All completed bid envelopes must be delivered to the procurement department at Plot # 96, Street # 4, H-8/1, Islamabad by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, where they will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
