Description / Scope of Work
The Fourth Provincial Buildings Division in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the repair, maintenance, and special renovation of various government residential and non-residential buildings for the upcoming fiscal period. The scope of work involves civil works, including structural repairs, painting, flooring, and woodwork across multiple designated sites within the Lahore district. Only those contractors and firms currently pre-qualified and registered with the Communication and Works Department in the relevant category for the year 2025-2026 are eligible to participate. The procurement process will be strictly governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring a transparent and competitive bidding environment. Detailed tender documents, which specify the exact bill of quantities, technical requirements, and site locations, are available for purchase from the office of the Executive Engineer. Bidders must submit a valid bid security in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee as specified for each work item. All technical and financial bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 24 May 2026, with the opening ceremony scheduled to take place at 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives.
