The Fourth Provincial Buildings Division in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the major construction project of a dedicated Police Station at Sabzazar. This significant civil works project involves comprehensive construction tasks including structural development, finishing, and necessary infrastructure for a modern law enforcement facility. The procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, requiring high standards of engineering and material quality. Eligible contractors must be pre-qualified or registered with the Communication and Works Department in the appropriate category for the current financial year. Interested firms are required to provide proof of technical competence and financial stability to undertake such specialized government infrastructure. Detailed bidding documents, including architectural plans and technical specifications, are available for purchase from the office of the Executive Engineer in Lahore. All bids must include the requisite earnest money in the form of a CDR.
