Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Community Development Department South Punjab in Multan, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable firms for the supply of various office and operational items for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of procurement includes the supply of stationery, computer stationery, toners for printers and photocopiers, and miscellaneous store items required for the smooth functioning of the department's South Punjab Secretariat. All interested bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Complete bidding documents, which contain detailed specifications, terms and conditions, and a list of required quantities, can be obtained from the office of the Section Officer (General) in Multan. A bid security of two percent of the total estimated price in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory for participation. Sealed bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 28 May 2026, and the opening of proposals will take place at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
