The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites interested advertising firms and registered filers to participate in a public auction for digital screen advertising rights. This project involves the installation and operation of 16 double-sided SMD digital screens on existing electricity poles located along the stretch from Murree Road to GPO Chowk on Haider Road. The advertising rights are being offered for a period of three years, with a mandatory 10% compound annual increase for the second and third years. Eligibility requires bidders to provide a security deposit of 1 million Rupees via pay order in favor of the Cantonment Executive Officer and a copy of their CNIC before participating. The successful bidder must submit one-fourth of the total bid amount immediately upon conclusion of the auction and provide advance checks for the remaining eleven months before taking possession. Technical requirements include the submission of a structural stability certificate and a formal registered agreement at the contractor's expense. The public auction is scheduled to take place at 12:00 PM on 22 June 2026
