Description / Scope of Work
The Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the annual contract regarding the repair and maintenance of various biomedical equipment for the financial year 2025-2026. This critical service contract ensures the operational readiness of life-saving medical machinery within the institute. The procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, specifically following the single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be authorized service providers or original equipment manufacturers with a proven track record in maintaining high-end cardiac medical equipment. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Detailed bidding documents, including the list of equipment and technical specifications, can be obtained from the purchase cell of the institute. All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security as mentioned in the tender documents. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Director in Faisalabad no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
