Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Narowal in Narowal, Punjab invites sealed e-bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms for the supply of essential flood fighting machinery and equipment for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of procurement includes the manufacturing and provision of de-watering systems equipped with trolleys and 16 HP diesel engines, along with high-pressure canvas and rubber suction pipes of various diameters. All interested bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The bidding process is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Detailed bidding documents and item schedules are available for download on the EPADS portal. A mandatory bid security of five percent of the total estimated cost, amounting to approximately 378,291 Rupees, must be submitted with the proposal. All electronic bids must be submitted through the portal by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, where they will be opened shortly thereafter by the Tender Opening Committee.
