Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Meteorological Department, Regional Meteorological Centre in Peshawar, KPK invites technical and financial proposals from pre-qualified firms for a third-party evaluation and feasibility study. This project is part of the PSDP initiative for the construction of a meteorological observatory at the Naran site and a bachelor hostel for operational staff at Balakot. Only firms currently listed as pre-qualified on the Ministry of Planning Development and Special Initiative website are eligible to participate. The scope includes a comprehensive assessment of the site’s suitability and project feasibility to ensure compliance with federal standards. Bidders must submit their proposals through the PPRA EPADS portal, ensuring all documentation is inclusive of applicable taxes and accompanied by the required earnest money. Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the tender documents, with a bid validity period of 90 days from the opening date. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, followed by an online opening at 11:30 AM
