Description / Scope of Work
The CMES (Army) Quetta in Quetta, Balochistan invites sealed tenders from reputed registered firms and authorized dealers for the procurement of furniture and IT equipment. This project is aimed at upgrading office facilities and technical infrastructure through the purchase of high-quality office furniture and modern computing equipment. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Detailed bidding documents containing technical specifications and terms and conditions are available at the CMES (Army) Quetta office upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. A bid security amounting to 2% of the total estimated value must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order in favor of the CMES (Army) Quetta. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the procurement office no later than 11:30 AM on 22 May 2026, where they will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
