Description / Scope of Work
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from reputable workshops and firms for the repair and maintenance of its official vehicles. This tender seeks to establish a contract for comprehensive mechanical work, body repairs, and general maintenance services required to keep the department's fleet operational for enforcement duties. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess a valid National Tax Number and Sales Tax Registration. The procurement follows a single stage one envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules. Firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals highlighting their expertise, workshop facilities, and previous experience with government departments. All bid documents must include the necessary bid security as specified in the official notice. The deadline for the submission of proposals is set for 11:00 AM on 27 May 2026. Bids will be opened shortly thereafter on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives at the Custom House to ensure a transparent and competitive selection process for the required automotive services.
