Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Board of Revenue, Regional Tax Office-I in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from reputable suppliers and authorized dealers for the procurement of various office supplies. The scope of the tender covers three distinct categories including general stationery, computer consumables such as toners and cartridges, and other miscellaneous store items required for official operations during the financial year 2025-2026. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per the Public Procurement Rules. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to five percent of the total bid value in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, RTO-I, Karachi. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the office during working hours. All proposals must be submitted manually to the Drawing and Disbursing Officer no later than 11:30 AM on 25 May 2026.
