Description / Scope of Work
The SPOTO PNS JAUHAR in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed quotations and tenders from registered and reputed firms or contractors for the comprehensive renovation and upgradation of the Gym facility. This procurement process is being conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in strict accordance with established PPRA Rules. The bid must comprise two separate sealed envelopes consisting of a technical proposal and a financial proposal, both of which should be enclosed in a larger envelope clearly marked with the project title. Each submission must be accompanied by earnest money equivalent to 5 percent of the total quoted amount in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft. Interested bidders can obtain the official tender documents from the SPOTO office during working hours until 21 May 2026 by submitting a non-refundable fee of 5,000 Rupees. All technical proposals will be received and opened at 11:30 AM on 21 May 2026 in the presence of attending bidders to ensure transparency.
