Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services (Navy) in Karachi, Sindh invites applications for the pre-qualification of contractors and firms for a extensive series of forty-seven allied facilities and construction works. These projects are distributed across various locations including PNS Karsaz, PNS Jauhar, PNS Rahnuma, PNS Bahadur, and multiple SRE areas such as Hanif SRE and Majeed SRE. Individual project estimates range from approximately 0.426 million to 3.480 million PKR, covering a diverse scope of infrastructure and maintenance requirements. Eligible applicants must be firms or contractors enlisted with MES in the unlimited category or other government departments with relevant experience. Non-enlisted contractors are required to provide comprehensive documentation, including a 2% earnest money deposit and a performance record of similar works executed over the last two years. Prequalification applications are due by 14 May 2026, while the formal tenders must be submitted no later than 11:30 AM on 21 May 2026, followed by a public opening at 12:00 PM on the same day.
