Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Sports Complexes, Lahore Development Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the provision and installation of certified grade premium EPDM play area flooring at the LDA Sports Complex located in Johar Town. This project is being carried out on an item rate basis following the single stage-single envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested contractors must be registered with the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and hold a valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and the Punjab Revenue Authority for Sales Tax. Furthermore, bidders must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE-10, CE-11(i), and CE-11(ix). The estimated cost of the project is 14.89 million Rupees, and a bid security of 2% is required. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026.
