Description / Scope of Work
The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) in Abbottabad, KPK invites sealed tenders from reputable registered firms and authorized dealers for the procurement of office furniture and modern IT equipment. This procurement initiative is designed to enhance the administrative and technical capabilities of the regional office through the acquisition of high-quality workstations, chairs, and advanced computing hardware. All interested bidders must be active taxpayers and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Detailed bidding documents containing the full scope of work and technical specifications can be obtained from the HAZECO Head Office in Abbottabad upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of 2,000 Rupees. A bid security of 2% of the total bid value is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order. Completed technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to the procurement department by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, where they will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of participating bidders.
