Description / Scope of Work
The Garrison Engineer (Navy) Logistics in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for various repair, maintenance, and minor construction projects across naval facilities in the region. The scope of work includes the restoration of residential and administrative buildings, upkeep of external services, and minor civil improvements necessary for the sustained efficiency of logistics infrastructure. This procurement process is conducted in strict accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules to ensure transparency and fair competition. Eligible contractors must be currently enlisted with the Military Engineer Services (MES) and must hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the 2025-2026 period. Interested firms can obtain the bidding documents, including detailed schedules and technical specifications, from the office of the GE (Navy) Logistics in Karachi during standard working hours. All participants must provide proof of financial stability and technical capability to execute the specialized works. Sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the Garrison Engineer's office no later than 11:30 AM on 28 May 2026.
